For Your Day Foundation celebrates the birthdays of children in Lucas County foster care. Before each child's birthday, their foster family receives a birthday card and a $25 gift card, so the day can be celebrated their way: a cake, a small gift, a treat to share at school.

For a child in foster care, a birthday can be a hard day. Many won't see their biological families. Some have never had a cake that was just for them. Many simply want what their classmates have: a day that feels like their own. Foster parents work hard to make that happen, and we want them to know they're seen.

We're starting small and growing with care. Our goal is to keep expanding, year by year, until every child in Lucas County foster care is celebrated on their day.
